Downtown Winter Haven is a Historic District is occupying as many as 26 historic buildings including the world famous Cypress Gardens. The Downtown district comprises of the Avenue A Northwest, Avenue A Southwest, and 3rd & 5th Streets. The downtown area is the epicenter of all commercial and public activity in Winter Haven, and plays a pivotal role in the economy of Winter Haven.
