Winter Haven is well known for its beautiful lakes surrounding the city which is the main tourist spot. The other attractions over here include the parks, churches, cemeteries and shopping centres. There are many lakes in the town which is the place where people visit for boating and fishing. Among the many lakes some famous ones are Buckeye Lake, Jessie Lake, Howard Lake and Lucerne Lake. The much popular parks include the Inman Park and the Rotary Park. There are many museums that have been established near this park. There are many churches for worshipping present in the town. Some of them are mentioned here which include Cypress Cathedral, First Assembly of God Church and Beymer Memorial Church. The famous shopping center in the city is The Winter Haven Mall which is the biggest shopping place providing almost all the accessories of day to day life, the other tourist attractions here are Genesis Zoology Center, Florida Cypress Gardens, Florida Outback Adventures, Fantasy of Flight and many more.
