America’s greatest contribution to the world of gastronomy is probably through fast food. Traditional American dishes include baked beans, apple pie and steak. Also, barbeques are a part of traditional American cooking. Now, it is mostly a fusion of all the immigrant communities and their form of food.
Beer is one of the most popular drinks of the Americans. Wine is generally served with the main course. Pubs and cocktail bars are easily found anywhere in the country.
