Atlanta Botanical Garden had been designed with the objective of developing and maintaining plant collections to display, educate, research, conserve, and, last, but not the least, ENJOY!
In the year 1973, All those Atlantans who were civic-minded went on to propose a ‘botanical garden’ for city. This led to incorporation of ‘Atlanta Botanical Garden, Inc.’
