The Fox Theatre is a performing arts venue situated in Atlanta, Georgia. It was previously a movie palace. The theater was initially planned as a part of a big Shrine Mosque as evident from its Moorish design.
This 5,000 seat auditorium finally developed as a huge movie theater in the chain of Fox Theaters and was inaugurated in the year 1929. Today, the theatre hosts a number of artistic and cultural events such as the Atlanta Ballet,
A popular summer film series is held here as well as the performances by national companies touring for Broadway Shows. The building is also famous for its architecture and is frequented by a number of visitors every year.
