Darien can be described as a city located in county of Mclntosh, Georgia, US. It’s, in fact a portion of ‘Brunswick, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area’. This city happens to be county seat with respect to Mclntosh as well. Darien holds the credit of being the 2nd most ancient planned city across Georgia.

In the year 1721, Fort King George had been built; adjacent to what went on to become Darien.
