The Kingsland Catfish festival is held annually in historic downtown Kingsland. It was first organized in 1983. This festival attracts over 75,000 people for consecutive three days. At the fest, one can taste the catfish served here. And it is a secret recipe used for years. Around 10,000 pounds of farm raised catfish is prepared for the festival, and so, one can know that this is a famous dish at the festival.
