Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum is located in Pooler, Georgia to the west of savannah. The museum is dedicated to the eighth air force. The museum was established by major general Lewis E. Lyle on 14th may 1996.The 90,000 square miles complex was established to honor the men and women of the 8th air force who took part in defeating the Nazi forces. The museum exhibits the long artifacts and the weapons used during World War II.
