Tourist Guide Lahaina

The town of Lahaina is situated in Maui County on the north-western side of the island of Maui in the state of Hawaii, USA. Located near the West Maui Forest Reserve and the Kohoma Stream, it covers an area of 18.1 sq km and has a population of around 3,000.

The town is located in one of the driest regions of the Maui Island that receives very little rainfall. The average summer temperature is around 26°C, and in winter, the average temperature is around 21°C.

Once the capital of the Hawaiian Islands and a centre of the whaling industry, Lahaina has grown into a popular tourist destination offering tons of activities and an exuberant nightlife. With beautiful beaches and an inviting climate, Lahaina is a vacationer’s paradise that has managed to retain its old charm.
