The Boise Airport is also known as the Boise Air Terminal or Gowen Field. It is a general aviation airport which is located around three nautical miles, which is around 6 miles to the south of Downtown Boise in Ada County in Idaho. Apart from being a commercial and a general aviation airport, this airport is used by the Idaho Airport National Guard on the Gowen Field portion of the airport.
