This art museum is the only AAM accredited museum in Idaho. It was opened in 1931. It was originally called the Boise Gallery of Art and was renamed in 1986.
It is located in the Julia Davis Park. Every year the museum hosts “Art in the Park” with assistance from the cooperative government, the parks and recreation department and the local art scene. There is an upcoming event - 22nd Annual Beaux Art Societe Wine festival.

| Opening Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 1000 hours to 1700 hours
Thursdays 1000 hours to 2000 hours
First Thursdays 1000 hours to 2100 hours
Sundays: 1200 hours to 1700 hours
June – August, Mondays: 1000 hours to 1700 hours
BAM is closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day,
Easter, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.
