Barber Park
The ‘Boise River’ is amongst the popular sites for ‘summer floating’; that too, by raft, inner tube, canoe, and kayak. It’s the ‘starting point’ for around 100000 ‘summer river rafters’. The facilities offered by this park include parking, picnic areas, concessions, and natural areas. ‘Wildlife Observation Points’ lie in ‘natural areas’. Late afternoon and early morning would be the finest time to have a glimpse of wild-life. Muskrat, gray fox, and beaver are present as well. They are, however, rarely spotted.
