McCall is located in Valley County in Idaho, USA. This city has a small population of around 2,100 and is spread over an area of 17 sq km. Hills, lakes and dense trees make up this city’s picturesque landscape. This area was initially home to the Native Americans; permanent European settlements began here in the late nineteenth century.
The natural beauty of this city has attracted tourists, filmmakers and a number of hoteliers as well. Thus, it has turned into a resort city where visitors can relax and enjoy. Subsequently, tourism has become the primary commercial activity in the city and also forms the backbone of its economy.
McCall enjoys pleasant summers, but winters are a little uncomfortable. The maximum average summer temperature is around 25°C, while the minimum average temperature is approximately 5°C. The average daytime winter temperature is somewhere around 0°C, while temperatures at night fall to freezing levels.
