Meridian is a city in Ada County in Idaho, USA. The city, with a population of around 35,000, was founded in 1893 and was incorporated in 1903. Meridian has an area of nearly 31 sq km and is endowed with several beautiful geographical features. Its topography is dominated by flat lands that include hills, vegetation and huge farmlands.
Meridian is blessed with an excellent climate, making living as well as touring a lovely experience. The maximum average annual temperature is approximately 18°C, while the minimum average annual temperature is about 3°C.
The economy of Meridian is extremely diverse with public schools being the biggest employer in the city. Some of the most important commercial activities include retail trade, manufacturing, services, healthcare, insurance and finance.
