The Meriwether Lewis' August 12, 1805 Campsite is a historic site and is the first L & C campsite to the west of the Continental Divide. The visitors are provided enhanced access to many portions of the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. This is actually an area which has changed a bit in the last 200 years.
