The Panida Theater opened as vaudeville and also a movie house in 1927. The theater at that time wanted to showcase some great performers and performances for the audiences of the Panhandle of Idaho. Through the Panida Theatre, one can get to learn about the history and get to see some of the upcoming performances at the theatre. This theatre is on the National Register of Historic Places and received some special recognition too.
