Addison is a village situated at the west side of the metropolitan area of Chicago in Dupage County in the state of Illinois State of United States. This city has given us several famous persons from different sectors. The population of this city is 35,914 as per the 2000 census. Presently the climate is too cold in the city. In winters the temperature goes down around 9 to 5 degrees and rainfall or snowfall also occur. African, Hispanic, Asian, Islander, native races stay here as permanent residents. Education is one of the main criterions of the city. Yearly around 36,000 people come here for high-end education, and the industrial sector and business sector have also grown vastly. The government provides good facilities for these industries.
