Burr Ridge is a village that can be found in the suburb of Chicago, in the state of Illinois in the United States. This village is also a major part of the Cook and DuPage counties. This village is bordered by Darien and Hinsdale towards the east and also by Willow brook and La Grange in the north. Previously this place was known as Harvester. The village is favoured by the waters of the Flagg Creek which is a part of the Des Plains River. This village is full of beautifully shaped hills and valleys which provide this village with a cool and calm atmosphere. Also the winds here are very mild and winters can be chilly. The village is measured to be 16.9 sq. kilometres vast with land covering most of it. This village is also attached to the Cenaiko Lake and the Crooked Lake. The total number of people residing here is 10,408 according to a recent census. This village is a mixture of Germans, Irish and Polish. The lifestyle of this village is developed and has a number of famous retail stores.
