Young at Heart Festival rather kicks off its parade with sunshine, smiles and dances. At present, this parade is the 38th annual parade which is held in Loves Park. Overall, there are studio 11 dancers which join at the North Second Street along with the veterans of foreign wars. There are also the Loves Park Fire Department and the Pack 206 Cubs Scouts who actively take part in this parade. People from all parts of the world watch and grab this chance of having some goodies.
