The Sinnissippi Park is on the banks of the Rock River. The park is beautiful and a popular place for jogging and for walking. There is also a large amphitheater and the Sinnissippi Music shell which attracts many visitors. Apart from this, the park is home for summer concerts and children’s programs. December month is a holiday season and so there is holiday festival of lights where as in February, it is host to the Illinois Snow Sculpture competition.
