Carmel Monon Center
Opened in 2007, Carmel’s Central Park has a new water park along with a mega fitness center. The outdoor aqua park has two water slides, a drop slide, a kiddie pool and a diving board. The fitness center has an indoor lap pool, a gymnasium, Kids Zone childcare and a recreation pool too.
Monon Trial
The Monon Trial is a part of the rails to trails movement. This is a bicycle and walking trial which extends almost 15.2 miles from the 146th Street in Carmel Indiana which is at the north end of the trail. This trail extends to the 10th street in downtown Indianapolis on the southern end.
Artesian Well
Caramel city is known popularly for its natural artesian well which provides high quality of drinking water to its residents. This water flows from the Artesian well without any pumping process. This well is situated north of 116th Street between Hazel Dell Parkway and Gray Road.
Carmel City Center
Carmel has started the construction of this center project near the Carmel’s Arts and Design District. It features almost 230,000 square feet of retail restaurants and space. Around 170,000 square feet of land is of office space, 102 room of boutique hotels, 300 apartments and penthouses, 1600 seat of performance hall, outdoor amphitheater and a 500 seat of Performing Arts Theater.
