It’s no secret that Indianapolis residents love to keep active in this sports-minded city, but they also love to eat great, authentic food too. If you are looking for great take-out options to take to the White River Park for a picnic with friends and family, or a quick bite to eat before visiting any of the city’s landmarks or museums, there are plenty of options to choose from.
If you are looking for an all-American lunch menu, there’s The Amazing Potato Chip Company, Park Avenue Eats! for hot dogs and American fast food, or Scratchtruck for burgers, sandwiches and subs. Bazbeaux Pizza on Massachusetts Avenue has the best pizza in town, or if you are craving tacos, try Tacos Without Borders in the downtown area. If Chinese is on your mind, there’s Rice Cooker Indy with a Northwest Chinese, Thai and Korean menu or if you’re looking for something Italian, Fat Sammies Ciao Wagon is the place to go.
