White River State park is the sole ‘urban state park’ offering an amazing array of entertainment and attractions. Anyone in a bad mood would get jubilant over here. White River State Park is, by all means, worth visiting.

Truly a world-class attraction, the White River State Park in Indianapolis has it all from green spaces, waterfalls, recreational activities and top-notch museums across 250 acres of space.
One of the park’s main attractions is the Indianapolis Zoo along with the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art and the Indiana State Museum. It is also home to the Indianapolis Indians Baseball team at Victory Field as well as the state’s largest IMAX theater and the NCAA Hall of Champions Museum. For visitors both out-of-town and local, the park does not disappoint and is the perfect place for a day of family fun and outdoor activities.
Another park attraction is The Lawn at White River State Park, which offers a mix of the best music in the Circle City with a capacity of over 8,000 per concert. For more and information and a calendar of the park’s upcoming concerts and events, check out inwhiteriver.wrsp.in.gov.
