Richmond Art Museum

Richmond Art Museum was established in the year 1898 in the form of ‘Art Association of Richmond’. This can be attributed to the efforts put forward by John Elwood Bundy. Its collection is inclusive of significant works of ‘American Impressionists’, especially from Taos School, Richmond Group, and Hoosier Group. Works of artists like Frank Duveneck, William Wendt, Asher Durand, and many more form integral parts of this museum.

Timings

Richmond Art Museum remains open between Tuesdays and Fridays from 1000 and 1600 hrs; and on Sundays between 1300 and 1600 hrs. It remains closed on national holidays; apart from Mondays and Saturdays.

Hayes Arboretum

Hayes Arboretum is a well-managed nature reserve and one of the educational facilities; which performs the task of collection of wild plants native to Wayne County as well as Whitewater Valley Drainage Basin.

Timings

This thing remains open at the time of daylight hours; only on Saturdays.
