The Kosciusko County Jail Museum and Library is based in Warsaw and it is an interesting attraction. This museum is housed in a building which was built in 1870 by Richard Epperson and was designed by George Garnsey. Further, this is an excellent example of Gothic Revival architecture. There are many interesting displays which the visitors get to see when inside the museum.
