The Whiting-Robertsdale Historical Society was organized in the year 1976 as a US Bicentennial project. This building serves as a museum for the Whiting-Robertsdale communities. There are a great deal of collective work by the society with right to collection of antiques, catalogues and such preservation of materials that are of local historical importance. This museum is helpful for genealogy studies.
