WWii memorial Museum has been dedicated to the ones who sacrifice their life and the ones who rendered valuable services towards the service of the nation. It has been rightly said that those who can’t remember past are forced to have it repeated. This museum was established in the year 1993, five decades after the Second World War. It was this time that the then President, Mr. Bill Clinton took the decision to authorize ABMC, i.e. American Battle Monuments Commission to have established this museum. A noteworthy feature of Wwii Memorial Museum is 4000 gold stars. One can estimate all this such that one hundredth of every gold star is equivalent to each of 400000+ people who had been killed in the battle; in place of name for every soldier who was killed. From this design, even the slightest reference with regards to silent casualties (of war) is missing. That’s why; this display has been looked upon as ‘political compromise’ on the part of US government.
