Andover can be described as a city located in Sedgwick and Butler counties in Kansas, US.
Andover almost lies in Butler County. It’s, in fact, a portion of Wichita Metropolitan Statistical Area. This city is best known owing to a tornado which happened to hit it in the year 1991. The name of this city has often been confused with Andale present in Kansas; which is a smaller place in Sedgwick County’s western area. The above-mentioned city has satellite campus with regards to Butler County Community College. As per US Census Bureau, area of Andover on the whole comes out to be 17.8 sq. Km; out of which 0.29%25 consists of water. The county, in which it lays, i.e. Butler County, is much bigger as compared to state of ‘Rhode Island’.
