Coffeyville is situated along the Verdigris River to the south eastern part of Montgomery County in the South east Kansas of United States.
Known to be one of the most populous city in this region.This city was founded in the year 1869 by James A Coffey who was Col. In Indian Trading post. Thus the city was named after him. This city has gone through many hardships such as great flood that took the homes of many and with that the oil company was leaked and it polluted the water.
This place is rich in cultural heritage and has some of the interesting historical sites that are worth visiting. People come across the worlds not only to view the historical sites but also to take charms of the beautiful landscape. Apart from these there are many recreation parks also that are quite popular not only among the tourists but also with the residents of this city.
The climate of this place is quite moderate and can be visited at any time of the year.
