One of the oldest houses located in the city of Fredonia is the Stone House. The house was built in 1872 just after the 4 year from the foundation of the town. The Fredonia Art council is located in the house currently. The art council displays monthly exhibits of the work done by local and regional artists. A permanent collection which started on 10th June 2007 is also on display.
