The Garden city is located in the north western hemisphere of the state of Kansas. The city is filled with numerous landscapes and is blessed with nature’s beauty. Geographically the city is not large and stretches up to 22.1 square km in area. The Garden city has quite huge human settlements due to the adjustable and fine atmosphere in the city. As per the latest census the city holds a population of around 29,000. Unlike other cities the city is divided into the western and eastern regions. The two regions are completely different in terms of culture and occupation. The western region comprises of modern day lifestyles and includes amusement locations. Whereas the eastern part is strictly an economical and trading centre of the city. The climatic conditions are quiet extreme in Garden city. The summers here are pretty hot and range up to a temperature of 30 degrees. In contrast with the summer the winters are extremely cold and the temperature usually falls below freezing point.
