The Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center in Wichita, Kansas is always brimming with activity and life. Located at 225 West Douglas Avenue, this performing arts and convention center is an economic and entertainment hub in downtown Wichita, and the largest venue in the city for entertainment, consumer shows and meetings. The enormous 200,000 square-foot facility is called home by four separate arts organization in the city—the Wichita Symphony Orchestra, Music Theatre of Wichita, Wichita Grand Opera and Music Theatre for Young People. It boasts 20 spacious meeting rooms, a 2,197-seat concert hall, the 650-seat Mary Jane Teall Theatre and the 4,700-seat Convention Hall. This collection of features and amenities makes the convention center the perfect venue for special events and shows held in Wichita. The center is located conveniently in the epicenter of downtown Wichita next to two scenic parks with a beautiful view of the east bank of the Arkansas River.
