Sedgwick County Park in Wichita, Kansas is the ideal outdoor destination whether you’re in the mood for recreation or relaxation. Located at 6501 West 21st North, the park is filled with activities that will keep visitors busy for hours and keep them coming back for days to come. Four lakes make the fishing and boating plentiful, and the kids love watching the ducks and geese waddle and quack outside the water. Four miles of biking and jogging paths weave by the riverfront, giving passersby a spectacular view for their activities. In addition, the park has basketball courts, softball fields, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, a sledding hill and a brand new playground. The new playground is specially designed for children of all physical capabilities.
