Lincoln Heritage House
Thomas Lincoln had been a skilled ‘cabinet-maker’ a well as farmer who had owned a farm of 200 acres on ‘Mill Creek’’ along with log house. However, an interesting fact here is that he isn’t known for historical past on his count but for his son, i.e. President ‘Abraham Lincoln’.
Timings
This house remains open from 1st of June to 1st of October between 1000 and 1700 hrs from Tuesdays to Sundays. It remains closed on Mondays.
Brown-Pusey House
This house was constructed in the year 1825 by ‘John Y Hill’. It can be described as an excellent example of ‘rural Federal architecture’. Previously, it was called ‘Hill House’. An Inn and a ‘boarding house’ were being operated then. Those crazy for designs would completely enjoy at this monument.
Hours of Operation
This house remains open from Mondays to Saturdays between 1000 and 1600 hrs. Sundays are observed as holidays.
