Lawrenceburg: Attractions and more...
Kentucky Bourbon Festival
This festival would be getting celebrated between 15th and 20th of September, 2009. People belonging to Bardstown (adjoining Lawrenceburg) have been in to Bourbon making since the year 1776. Dedication towards fine art such as distilling has helped Lawrenceburg in carving a niche for itself. This festival would give visitors a week-end complete with delicious food, smooth Bourbon, followed by healthy doses of ‘Kentucky Hospitality’ for fine measure. There is some or the other thing reserved for every age-group; right from ‘black tie galas’ to ‘historical tours’. It’s, indeed a grand 5-day event complete with activities pertaining to the entire family. These distilleries have put Lawrenceburg on the track of fame. Kudos to Bourbon Festival! A lot of beauty and artistry would be seen! Let the chance of attending this festival not be missed.
