The Mountain Arts Center is spread over an area of 43,000 square feet and the paved parking area is arranged to accommodate 405 vehicles. This is a publicly owned performing arts facility. The theater has a seating capacity of 1,052 out of which 477 seats are in the lower seating area while 575 seats are in the upper seating area. There are comfortable cushioned seats and handicapped people have access.
