Tourism can be considered as the back bone of the Somerset economy. The main features are based along the large Cumberland Lake. Along the lakeside the Master Musicians Festival is held, which draws a crowd like no other. A monthly car show is organized here and goes by the name of Somernites Cruise. A drama festival shown by the people here is represented in the ‘Battle of Mill Springs’ where superb re-enactments take place. For those interested in shopping, the Brand Avenue is a good place to venture into. The Playmart Incorporated is another well facilitated mall. There is the ‘Rocky Hollow Athletic Center’ which not only teaches art of athletics but also houses demonstrations. The Somer Splash is another entertainment centre as it is a long park with many water rides and other stuff that can attract tourists. There are different scenic views that can be enjoyed at the Premier Playscapes, which also arranges many facilities for tourists.
