Tourist Guide Winchester
Winchester is a very small town in Clark County, Kentucky in the United States.
It is a member of the Lexington- Fayette estate of cities. Geographically, it forms the northern part of the state of Kentucky.
It is a little far off from the town of Richmond and the town of Mountain Parkway as it is present in the centre of these two points. It is a small city with its land mass measuring 19.9 square kilometres.
According to the 2000 year census this place had a population of 16,724 people out of which most were Native Americans; some parts consisted of the African Americans whereas there were also some Latinos present. It has been established as an effective learning centre for basic as well as for higher education.
The climate here is suitable for the cultivation of some special crops and is not too harsh. There are frequent snowfalls in the winters but that does not hamper the life of the residents.
