New Iberia is a large city situated in the State of Louisiana, USA. The city is located in between Lafayette and Morgan City. The city is connected to the National Highway along Lafayette. According to the survey of the USA census board, the New Iberia city has an area of around 10.6 square miles, which is all land. New Iberia is the one of the most unique places in the whole of USA. The city has a number of natural animals, trees and beautiful flora and fauna which attracts a lot of tourists. The population in this city is increasing day by day to a great extent and according to a survey in the year 2000; it was found the population was around 33,000. The city has a number of educational and art centers encouraging students to learn. The city is a major tourist attraction because of its natural beauty and the location of the city. The Sugarcane festival celebrated across the whole of New Iberia is one of the significant festivals celebrated in the city.
