Mardi Gras of New Orleans is among the most famous carnival celebrations worldwide. The celebrations continue for nearly 2 weeks before and through the day. Each day features one major parade including the Zulu parade, Rex parade, Jefferson City Buzzards, Lyons Club and other. Mardi Gras particularly consists of the whole carnival season usually confused with Fat Tuesday. Thus to avoid that the locals have started referring the last two days of the event as Lundi Gras or Fat Monday, and Fat Tuesday.
