Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport also known as Moisant Field is situated at Airline Drive in Kenner in Louisiana and is the main commercial airport in New Orleans.
This is the 2nd lowest lying international airport in the world as it lies 4.5 feet above sea level.
The airport is named after a popular jazz musician from New Orleans, Louis Armstrong. The various facilities offered by the airport include an advance baggage check in, airline lounges, facilities for the disabled, financial services, ATMs, banks, baggage storage, lost and found, duty free shops, post office, smoking areas, visitor’s information service, free Wi-Fi access and more.
