Bayou Segnette State Park can be mentioned as a wonderful and an exclusive wetland area; wherein there are ample opportunities with regards to recreation available. One can go on with nature-watching over here. Wildlife would also be found at its abundance at this place. This park is, in fact, meeting point with respect to 2 kinds of wetlands- marsh and swamp. Construction of canals has changed once a swampland in to marsh.
