Camden is a part of Knox County in the Maine region with a population of 5,254. The city is known as The Jewel of the Maine Coast in addition to Lincolnville and Rockport. It is the meeting point of mountains with the sea. Numerous harbors surround this region of south coast Maine providing tourists a chance to enjoy fishing, sailing and perform sightseeing Maine through means of water.

There are many notable attractions in the city which include the Camden Opera House, a great source of tourist attractions. Camden has its very own ski area which is the Camden Snow Bowl offering 10 downhill trails and a 400 foot long toboggan chute.

Tourists can also visit the Warren Island State Park to go camping on a (camping) trip, sail in the waters or simply enjoy the abundant greenery and wildlife of the region.
