Warren Island State Park
The state park is located at a distance of about 5 miles to the north from Camden. There are many leisure activities in this area which include camping, docking facilities and other recreational facilities. No transportation facilities available to reach the park and tourists are supposed to use their own boats to reach the island.
Camden Hills State Park
Camden Hills is a huge park with over 6,500 acres of State Park which is situated at a distance of one mile from Camden town center. This is a great place for camping with about 112 camping spots available along with many biking and hiking trails well marked and defined.
Camden Opera House
Camden Opera House has been operational for over 150 years now and is great source of arts and entertainment in the New England region of U.S. The opera has a beautiful horse shoe balcony, two grand chandeliers along with four restored loge boxes. The seating capacity of the auditorium is also available for rental purposes and visitors can experience Maine’s culture.
