The Lincoln County Community Theater was conceived by a decision of few good men in 1875 to provide a building for public functions of Lincoln County. In this year, Lincoln Hall was born. There were great ball dancing, shows and such entertainment during that period. At present, the theater is owned by Lincoln County Community Theater & Orchestra, which is a local nonprofit group. There are overall four to sic live productions in a year at this theater. Be it concerts, campaign stops or signing of books, the theater is used for many events.
