Acadia National Park

The park is mostly visited for its natural beauty and reserves for its visitors.  This park gets almost 2 million visitors per year. During winters,  few facilities are closed due to the weather change. There is also the option for doing a lot of weekly adventures.

There is a carriage road system at the park which has 17 bridges that are stone-faced and also carries streams, waterfalls, cliffs and has a road along with it. The park has some breath-taking venues like Bass Harbor Head Light, the view from the summit of Cadillac mountain on the Mount Desert Island, the Sand Beach,  view from the top of Bear Brook Picnic Area, schoodic peninsula area and the coastline near sewell.

There is also a wildlife of 40 different species of mammals, among them are squirrels, chipmunks, white-tailed deer, moose, beaver, porcupine, muskrats, foxes bobcats and others.

Visitors generally spend about three to fours days at this place.
