This is a historical landmark which is situated on Powder Mill Road at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center. It is also called as Walnut Grange and is a huge white house with semi-circular or cylindrical walls on the west side of the house.

It was built in 1790 and was the residence of the Hall family until it was bought by the government. There are massive oak trees and terraced gardens at the mansion.
