Maryland Renaissance Festival is a Renaissance fair situated in Crownsville. A re-creation of a fictional 16th century English village, Revel Grove, this festival is spread over 25 acres of land. It is also the second largest renaissance festival in the United States. The festival runs from the third week of August to third week of October each year. Overall, it is a celebration of the autumn harvest. Here, there are more than 130 craft shops, 42 food outlets and entertainment.
