Tourist Guide Linthicum
The Maryland state in the United States has the Anne Arundel County where there exists an unincorporated community and a census designated place called Linthicum. In the past, this place was known as Linthicum Heights. Linthicum is bifurcated into two separate communities called as Linthicum Shipley and North Linthicum. Each of these have their own identity and community association. These two communities are close to the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad line and this has resulted in their development. Linthicum has a gross area of 4.2 square miles and this is entirely land. Rail passenger service is offered at the Linthicum station by Baltimore Light Rail. This is situated at Camp Meade Road.
As per the 2000 census, the population of Linthicum is 7,539.
In January, the lowest temperature is around 25 degrees Fahrenheit. In July, the highest temperature is around 87 degrees Fahrenheit. The yearly average rainfall is 41 inches.
