Rock Creek Park
This is placed in the interiors of the city, it is one of the largest area, which has public park facilities. The park is stretched over 1,754 acres of land, which is placed along the Rock Creek Valley. The leisure activities available for the tourists includes a planetarium, an nature centre, it having being a sports venue, you can get to see all sports equipments, and equestrian trails. It is a popular spot with joggers, cyclists, and inline skaters.
National Capital Trolley Museum
This museum exhibits a collection of 1950s street cars from which many are being operated on a one-mile demonstration railway. The tourists can catch the shows, which are quite interesting.
Penn Oaks Winery
This is a winery being traditional owned by generations of a family, named Penn Oaks. Here they produce, German style of wines, they have a wide range from dry and sweet to two red wines. The tourists get a guided tour as well as have a chance to taste their wines.
